If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
